My name is Mikael Laukkanen born in 1983 and I live in Sweden.
I’ve always loved listening to music. Since I was a kid I can rembere few songs that had a huge impact on me and one of them was “Erasure – Love to Hate You”. Don’t really know why I fell in love with that song, it just was good!
At the age of around 10 I started to play the alt saxophone. It was just fun for a couple of months and I got bored.
Next intrument was the electric guitar, wich I played for 2 years at musical school, but then I got bored again.
So, I started trying out deejaying. Me and my friends had some gigs everey here and there with very mixed crowds and it was after this I knew I had to make EDM. So I got ReBirth and started to play around with it and at school we had Cubase so I got my first contact with cubase at school. That opened up the interest to make music and it’s still the same today :)
