I am a dance music producer and singer from Turin, Italy. At the age of 13 I received a guitar as a gift so I started playing it as self-educated. I have played the guitar, the bass and sung in some Rock bands. At the same time I used to listen to electronic music. Sometimes not every component of a band is equally focused on music so I decided to turn to Electronic Dance Music as a solo artist. I chose this genre because I was free to manage a whole orchestra with my mind and my computer; I saw the possibility to make people dance and the opportunity to sing my songs and tell people something using words. That would not be possible with only instrumental music.
In life I am studying communication at University and songs are a communication language that can cause emotions due to the lyrics, the rhythm and the melody. My inspiration in general comes from songs which scatter emotions in me irrespective of their genre. By the way I mainly listen to Dance, Rock and ballads.
About criticism, I think constructive and destructive critiques do not exist. Artists, and people in general, decide if it is constructive or destructive with their own action. A critique is the starting point for an improvement and that is the view of my musical path: a continuous improvement. In fact there was neither a precise point when I decided I want to make music, but it was a crescendo of passion for music. Right now I'm working on my upcoming singles and my goal is to continue what I'm doing and to become a full time artist.
